Data we may process

  • Account data such as email, username, technical authentication credentials and session data.
  • Public data you voluntarily add to your profile, such as bio, avatar or visible preferences.
  • Store data published on the platform, including name, location, contact details, owners, images and supported games.
  • Event data, attendance, interaction with stores and content related to local activities.
  • Collection and trade data, such as cards you have, cards you want, trade proposals and related notes when present.
  • Technical data required for security, logs, debugging, language, device, browser and abuse prevention.
  • Aggregated analytics data through Umami only when you accept this category.

Purposes

We process data to provide the platform, manage accounts, collections, stores, events and trades, maintain security, fix issues and improve the product when you have accepted analytics.

Legal bases

The main legal bases are providing the requested service, your consent for analytics and optional data, legitimate interest in security and technical improvement, and legal obligations that may apply.

Retention

We keep data while the account or service is active and for the periods needed for security, legal responsibilities or technical backups.

Recipients and providers

We may rely on hosting, database, storage, CDN, email, authentication and Umami analytics providers when you accept analytics. These providers act as processors or required technical services.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and consent withdrawal by contacting [email protected]. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

Children

LocalCard is not aimed at children below the applicable legal age. If a minor uses the platform, they need permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
